AMG started with a man on a mission to help people create a legacy for themselves. His relentless pursuit to create opportunities for his family and then share his blueprint with the world around him opened up doors into the Divine alignment of his destiny. He is a real life Spartan that takes what people consider a disadvantage and transforms that circumstance into a strength.
His name is Ahmande. He goes by Mondo. He is a father, a husband, and a community leader. He moves through the trenches with the same pace he sets in the gym – a full court press. His 20 years of experience in an industry that helps people leverage money reserves has given him the acumen for understanding how money multiples. He takes his heart, mind, and spirit into communities across the country to extend his power into the hands of people that need to transform their financial circumstances. With a contagious laugh and pivotal point of view, he spends time listening with intention so he can gather the details for each client and help them make the best decision for their disposition.
As Mondo ran full speed through the mud with his shield and sword, his cousin observed the stride of his hustle and suited up ready to amplify the pace. He jumped in the trenches with a sonic boom as he extended Mondo’s words of wisdom into the world through the olive branch we know as marketing.
His name is AJ Lavender. AJ is a representation of how to traverse into uncharted territory as a pioneer on a mission. He is an efficient problem solver that looks for obstacles to turn into opportunities. He uses complexity as a warm up for his workout. Delving into the mud is the first leg of the triathlon he spent years training for. His grit and resilience makes the pursuit of his ambitions seem like he’s a knife cutting through warm butter. He’s quick with it. Agility and swift movement carry his sonic boom across dimensions defying both time and space.
As Mondo and AJ ran through the crevasses of secrets no longer exclusive to the top percent, the impact of their presence began to multiple the sound of their symphony. Another warrior came straight out the mud with his gear intact ready to amplify AMG. He came into the mix with a sword that cuts through silence. He’s the type that stands in the back and finds the moments of silence to slice through the noise and cut right to the chase. His silence is louder than the loudest one in the room. What he doesn’t say is more powerful than what he does. He’s the foundation that holds things down when no one asked him anything.
His name is Craig Cooper. He reinforces the foundation as he is no stranger to the storm or the earthquake. He’s unshakable especially when he has them shook on the court. He takes notes because he’s able to take note of the details that are often unnoticed. He reads the room and the movement in the room. He can feel in-between words to know what’s really going on. He’s the sniper in the trenches that gave the Spartan’s the edge every time they reach new territory.
These three men ran day and night bringing illumination to people looking for a path forward. As they move mountains in their morning routine, another heard whispers of motion and started a slow stretch and then approached the court. He’s the one that steps out and all eyes in the room find their way to observe his presence. He pauses before he speaks to command the ear. The depth in his voice brings you into the depth of his perspective.
His name is Larry Woods. He holds it down and then lifts the team up. He has a grounding presence that lets you know you’re standing on a strong foundation. He provides the framework for AMG to lift their structure into the sky. From the trenches into the skyline, these four men built a home for people in the community to experience expansion.
As the team runs through the streets turning mud into gold, another got wind of the good news. He saw mountains moving in the distance and trekked through the night until he stood at the base of the range looking up at his voyage. He left the ropes at the base as he began climbing.
His name is Travis Helm. He finds the spaces in-between the rocks to grip with each fingertip. His hands and feet grip the rock as his body hangs in the wind. The climb keeps his life on the line as he understands the mission. These five warriors built a skyscraper out of mud that transformed into stone through understanding the value of gold. As he climbs, he anchors one hand in the rock and then reaches back into the trap to pull another into alignment showing them how to multiply and then give.
With their powers combined, these five men are transforming the community one client at a time. We all deserve the keys to the castle. So AMG built a key making machine.
