sixth challenge lesson

the sixth challenge is about “the dream”.

the core of this lesson is about your life’s purpose – “the dream”.

three core principles of “the dream”.

first principle

let your passion guide you

What are you passionate about? What gives you energy and drives you? When you’re passionate about things, you are motivated to show up and take steps to follow your passion. When you make it a habit to ask yourself what you’re passionate about, you have to give yourself a specific answer. Each time you answer that question you’re able to define what you really care about. Then, it’s easier for you to build a life around what you know you care about and follow leads based on your desires.

second principle

write “the dream” down

“The dream” is your next summit in life. There is a place that you want to see yourself get to. There is a place at the metaphorical mountaintop that you strive to arrive at. When you ask yourself: what is “the dream” for me, and then write it down with as much detail as possible, you create a vision for the place that you’re going.

third principle

make “the dream” specific

How do you climb a mountain? One step at a time. So how do you make “the dream” a reality?

Step one – write “the dream” down multiple times

Step two – write down a specific vision for getting to “the dream”

Step three – write down three specific targets (big steps) towards your vision

Step four – write down three specific arrows (small steps) for each target

Step five – shoot at least three arrows a day
