you.

If you found yourself here, you’re supposed to be here. This is for you.

First and foremost, thank you. For real, life isn’t easy so the fact that you’re on the move means something.

Next, kindness is an extension of the heart through the movement of the hand. So thank you for lending a hand into the world around you.

Now most of us think internally that we don’t do much for the world or our impact is small. Find something small that you’ve done. Like the smallest thing you did to help someone or something in some way.

Now, recognize that we live in a big world made of small things. We do not live in a small world made of big things (that would be insane).

Not only do the big things not really matter, they don’t really exist. For instance, if someone does a big thing like becomes a doctor, they don’t end up becoming a bigger person. Usually, they stay the same size. How they became a doctor was a result of a series of small things that they stayed dedicated to.

But I’m not a doctor so I digress.

Thank you for being dedicated to the small things in your life. They actually make a big difference.

Did you know that our world wouldn’t be the same without you?

Matter fact, it couldn’t be the same without you because you are quite literally a part of it. In the same way that your hair is a part of you, you are a part of the world.

Before I go, I want to give some shout outs.

Huge shout out to the moms out there. You brought us here. We are all a part of you because you helped us grow into ourselves since the very beginning.

Big props to those dads that have been holding it down since day one. It’s not easy to provide but you make it work.

Major shout out to all of those clocking in long hours and getting paid enough to get by while holding your life together. It’s not easy, and it may be tough to see when you’re in the trenches, but karma is on your side.

Another big shout out to all of our grandparents out there. The wisdom that you’ve extended goes far beyond anything we can google.

Big big big shout out to everyone growing food and raising animals. You literally make the world go round.

Major shout out to those that work in the blazing summer and freezing winter without problem.

Shout out to all of our teachers, educators, non profit workers, and care takers. Teaching and care taking is brutal as a career but literally sets the stage and foundation for every single functioning human we have in society. Thank for what you put up with because of how big your heart is.

Last but not least, a big shout out to all of our humans out there. You’ve managed to overcome obstacles by turning them into opportunities. You’re alive and making it work every single day. You’ve stood ten toes down and remain steady even when you don’t think you can.

I’m proud of you.

Have a good day, be easy, and stay dangerous.
